Mia Culpa – Earlier this week I chastised The Bulletin‘s reporting of “over two hundred” attendees of the Sunday Taxed Enough Already rally downtown as I was at that rally (OK, on the periphery) and there might have been seventy-five people there. Reading the report again though, I find The Bulletin declared the rally an abject failure. EYup. The speakers were barely coherent, the talking points straight off of CNN/Fox “News”, the dog-whistles out of The Turner Diaries. I didn’t know whither to laugh my ass off at the asinine stupidity, or cry with embarrassment for my friends and neighbors. Bulletin, once in a while you get it right. I owe you one.
